Appointments

We make it very easy to make an appointment with us. You can either call us, or e-mail us and we will call you. Once you make an appointment, we do request that you take your appointment time seriously, since our doctor is reserving time specifically for you. We ask that if there is any reason that you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.

Insurance and Billing

We participate in or accept many insurance plans. To find out for sure if we accept your plan, please call our office.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Please speak to our helpful front office staff with any questions.
